By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wim63 website located at https://wim63.com (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wim63 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on wim63, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

wim63 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by wim63 may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) wim63 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wim63 username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including but not limited to:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never disclosing your login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent wim63 support.
• Enabling any two-factor authentication options made available by wim63.

wim63 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from wim63 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your wim63 account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details — including your registered email address, phone number, or payment method — must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

Your wim63 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of both the transferring and receiving accounts.

All financial transactions on the wim63 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). wim63 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, as well as major credit and debit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your wim63 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to several hours to reflect in your account.
• wim63 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• wim63 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. wim63 may require you to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where technically possible.
• wim63 aims to process withdrawal requests within two (2) business hours during standard operating hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be communicated to you at the time of the withdrawal request.
• wim63 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. If your payment provider applies currency conversion, any resulting fees or exchange rate differences are your sole responsibility. wim63 is not liable for losses arising from currency conversion by third-party payment processors.

wim63 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. wim63 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

All non-live games on wim63 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by wim63's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of results.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) under controlled studio conditions and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, wim63 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. wim63 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with wim63 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. wim63's decision on disputed game results, made after review of server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wim63 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to wim63 immediately; failure to do so constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen credit cards or unauthorized bank account access.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform or any game.

All content on the wim63 Platform — including but not limited to the wim63 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wim63 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from wim63.
• Use the wim63 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of wim63's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by wim63.

wim63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wim63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wim63's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

wim63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Your voluntary request to close your account.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, wim63 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, wim63 may forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory instruction), any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

wim63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wim63 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting wim63 support before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and wim63, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority (including PAGCOR where applicable) or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
